How do I know this transmission fits my vehicle?

Is the mileage real?
Yes. It is the reading from the donor vehicle's odometer, recorded when the unit was pulled. Lower-mileage options cost more because they are harder to find.
What exactly comes with it, and what do I move over from my old transmission?
It ships as the assembly pulled from the donor vehicle. Bolt-on parts such as sensors, brackets or accessories can vary by unit, so your specialist tells you what is on yours and shows it in the photos. Anything not included transfers from your old transmission.
Does it run, and what if there is a problem?
You get a good-quality used transmission that runs. If anything goes wrong in the warranty period you get a replacement unit, with no mileage cap, shipped to you free.
What warranty do I get, and can I extend it?
6-month warranty is included (6 months on 2000 and newer, 90 days on 1999 and older). Most units qualify for a 2-year warranty, and labor coverage may be available on select units. These can't be added online: call or text a sales expert at (859) 800-5484 to check your unit and get a price.
Is there a core charge?
No. There is no core charge or core deposit, and you keep your old transmission.
How does delivery work? Do I need a forklift?
No forklift needed. It ships by freight with a free liftgate to homes and shops in the lower 48. The carrier calls 24–48 hours ahead to book a time. Total time is usually 7–10 business days: 3–5 to prepare and photograph your unit, then 2–5 in transit.
What should I do when it arrives?
Check the crate before you sign. If you see damage, note it on the delivery receipt and send us photos. We handle the freight claim for you.
Can I pay over time, and is checkout secure?
Yes. Shop Pay Installments, powered by Affirm, is available at checkout (subject to eligibility), and checkout runs on Shopify with SSL encryption. We never see or store your card details.
