  • Please do not refuse delivery. If damage occurs, note it on the delivery receipt.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses and delays caused by freight companies.

3. Returns, Refunds & Warranty Claims

  • Customers must follow our pre-installation checklist to validate warranty.
  • Shipping costs for approved returns are covered by Used Engine Expert LLC.
  • A 25% restocking fee applies for denied claims or cancellations after 24 hours.
  • Defective items must be returned in original condition before refunds or replacements.

4. Warranty Coverage

  • Warranty covers internal engine and transmission components only.
  • Labor, towing, and indirect damages are excluded.
  • Improper installation or modifications void warranty.

5. Limitation of Liability
