We want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. That’s why we offer a 7-day return window from the date your order arrives. To ensure a hassle-free return, please keep these guidelines in mind:

Eligibility: We happily accept returns for parts that are unused, uninstalled, and unmodified.

Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging, including all labels and accessories.

Condition: Make sure returns are free from any physical damage, scratches, or alterations.

Authorisation: Before you send something back, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. We’re here to help!

Restocking Fee: A small restocking fee of 20% will apply to all returns. This helps us cover inspection and processing costs. If the merchandise has already been shipped, please note that there may be two separate freight charges, which will be deducted from your total refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

To be eligible for a return, the engine must be unused, unmodified, and in the same condition as received.

• Installed or partially installed engines/transmissions.
• Electrical components that have been connected or plugged in.
• Custom-sourced or special-order items.

We’re here to help you with your return! Once we receive your item at our facility, it will go through a thorough inspection by our technicians to ensure everything is in order.

Inspection & Approval: This typically takes about 2–3 business days.

Internal Processing: After your return is approved, we’ll start processing it, which usually takes around 5–7 business days.

Bank Posting: Finally, once everything is processed, please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to show up in your account, depending on your bank.

Total Estimated Timeframe: Overall, you can expect to see your refund in about 10–15 business days.

Refund Method: We’ll issue your refund using your original payment method, whether that’s Credit/Debit, PayPal, or Wire Transfer.

Refund Amount: Your refund will be the purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee. Just a quick heads up: original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

We completely understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your order, here’s how we can help:

24-Hour Grace Period: Cancellations within 24 hours of order placement for a full refund with no fees.

Cancellations After 24 Hours: If you need to cancel after that 24-hour window, don’t worry—just keep in mind there will be a 25% restocking fee.

Pre-Shipment: If you decide to cancel your order before it ships out, there will only be a 20% restocking fee, no other charges!

In-Transit: If you refuse delivery while your item is on its way, we'll issue a refund minus the shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

Special Orders: For custom-sourced items, if you cancel after we begin processing, there will be a 40% cancellation fee.

Visual Inspection: We encourage you to take a moment to inspect your unit for any transit damage within 48 hours of delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Photo Approval Service: For an extra level of confidence, feel free to request our “Photo Approval” option when checking out. We want you to feel great about your purchase!

We're excited that you've made a purchase with us! If your order includes a core charge, don't forget to return your old unit within 7 days to get your full core refund.

Condition: Please ensure that the core you return is the same type as the one you purchased and includes all major components like the block, heads, and crank.

Rejection: We want to be upfront—cores that have cracked blocks, fire damage, or missing major internals may not be eligible for a refund or may only qualify for a partial refund.

Process: Returning your core is easy! Just use our prepaid return label and the original packaging from your new part. Thank you for helping us with this process!

2. Limitation of Liability & Damages

We believe in transparency and fairness. Under applicable Kentucky state laws, including the Kentucky Consumer Protection Act, our liability is limited as permitted by law. This means while we are here to support you, certain indirect or incidental damages may not be covered.

3. Mileage and Condition Representation

We always aim to provide accurate mileage and condition details based on available records. However, since these are used parts, mileage cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to answer any questions before purchase!

4. Fraud and Documentation

To keep things smooth and fair for everyone: Any fraudulent documentation or misrepresentation will void all warranties, return eligibility, and claims. We truly appreciate honesty—it helps us serve you better!
