These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Used Engine Expert LLC products, services, and website. By placing an order with us or using our site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

- All orders placed with Used Engine Expert LLC are subject to availability and acceptance.
- Prices listed on our website are in the specified currency and may change without notice.
- Full payment must be received before any order is shipped.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected fraud or inaccurate pricing.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, with freight transit of a further 2–5 business days. Total estimated delivery is 7–10 business days from your order date.
- Shipping is free to all 50 US states, including free liftgate service on residential deliveries. We do not offer international shipping.
- Customers must provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
- Please do not refuse delivery. If damage occurs, note it on the delivery receipt and report it to us within 48 hours with photos.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or delays caused by freight companies.

3. RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTY CLAIMS

- Our Returns & Warranty Policies govern all claims.
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- If a unit is defective, broken, or not as described, you receive a full refund with no restocking fee, and Used Engine Expert LLC covers freight in both directions.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of ordering are free of charge.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to cancellations or returns made after 24 hours where there is no fault on our part. If the unit has already shipped, round-trip freight also applies and is the customer's responsibility.
- Shipping costs for approved returns and warranty claims are covered by Used Engine Expert LLC.
- Customers must follow our pre-installation checklist to validate warranty.
- Defective items must be returned in original condition before refunds or replacements.

4. WARRANTY COVERAGE

- Vehicles from model years 1991 to 2000 carry a 3-month warranty. Vehicles from 2001 and newer carry a 6-month warranty. Both are included at no additional cost, with no mileage cap.
- A valid warranty claim entitles you to a replacement unit of the same specification at no additional charge, with freight covered by us in both directions.
- Warranty covers internal engine and transmission components only.
- Labor, towing, and indirect damages are excluded.
- Installation must be carried out by an ASE-certified mechanic. Improper installation or modifications void warranty.
- Customers must retain the installation invoice as proof of professional installation for any warranty claim.

5. CORE CHARGES

We do not charge a core fee and do not require your old unit to be returned. You keep your old engine or transmission. Where a small number of very large engines carry a core charge, it is quoted to you specifically and in writing before purchase.

6. PHOTO APPROVAL BEFORE SHIPPING

Every unit is dismantled, inspected and photographed before dispatch, and the photographs are sent to you for approval. No order ships without your approval. If you are not satisfied with the photographs, you receive a full refund before anything leaves our facility.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Used Engine Expert LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to product repair, replacement, or refund.

8. COMPATIBILITY GUARANTEE

We guarantee fitment as described against the VIN you provide. Any mismatch will be resolved under our Returns Policy at no cost to you.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content is owned by Used Engine Expert LLC and protected by law.

10. PRIVACY

Personal data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.

11. GOVERNING LAW

Governed by United States law, with jurisdiction under Kentucky courts.

12. UPDATES

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
