At Used Engine Experts LLC, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. We know that sourcing the right part can sometimes be tricky, so we've made our return and warranty process as simple, friendly, and transparent as possible.

⏱️ 30-Day Return Window

You have a full 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a standard return, the part just needs to be in the same condition you received it—uninstalled and unmodified.
  • Installed Parts: Once a part has been installed, it cannot be returned unless it is found to have a performance defect covered by our warranty.

🤝 Defective, Wrong, or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged from transit, isn't the right part, or has a defect, please don't worry! We will make it right at absolutely no cost to you.

  • Just reach out to us within 30 days of delivery.
  • We will send you a prepaid return shipping label and rush out the correct replacement to you completely free of charge.

🚚 Free Return Shipping

If your return is approved, return shipping is 100% free. We will provide you with a prepaid freight shipping label so you don't have to worry about the logistics or the cost.

❌ Cancellations & Restocking Fees

We process orders quickly to get your vehicle back on the road, but we understand plans change. Here is how cancellations work:

  • 24-Hour Grace Period: Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full 100% refund—no fees at all.
  • Pre-Shipment (After 24 Hours): If you cancel after the first 24 hours but before the item leaves our warehouse, a 20% restocking fee applies to cover handling and processing.
  • In-Transit / Refused Delivery: If you cancel or refuse the delivery while the package is already on its way to you, your refund will be issued minus the actual freight shipping costs and the 20% restocking fee.

🏷️ No Core Charges

Good news! We do not charge core deposits on any of our items. You don't have to worry about the hassle or extra expense of shipping your old engine or transmission back to us.

🛡️ Our 6-Month Standard Warranty

Every single part we sell comes with our Standard 6-Month Warranty because we stand behind our inventory.

  • What it covers: This covers any unexpected part failure under normal driving conditions.
  • Our promise: If a valid warranty issue pops up, we will ship you a replacement part at zero extra cost to you, covering both the return and replacement shipping.
  • Please note: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or accidents. Looking for extra peace of mind? Extended warranty coverage for up to 3 years is available to add at checkout!

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Parts that have been installed and are working properly (not defective).
  • Return requests made after the 30-day delivery window has passed.
